WHO WE ARE – OUR STORY
Meccanica Melzani s.r.l. with headquarters in Baitoni Bondone, on the Trentino – Lombardy border, has been operating in the sector of third party precision mechanics since 2003..
Operations are carried out within a 1.200 m2 facility covered by an approximately 130 kw photovoltaic plant. The expert staff is currently made up of 13 operators.
The focal point of the company mission is complete customer satisfaction.

FLEET OF MACHINES
The precision machining carried out by Meccanica Melzani is accomplished by qualified personnel and state-of-the-art machinery.
Our fleet of machines is in fact composed of 10 continuously upgraded machining centres for high quality standard finished products that reflect each customer’s needs.
QUALITY
Our company is UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certified. In February 2021 we obtained the IATF 16949: 2016 certification, a standard that replaces the old ISO / TS 16949 specification, which represents the revised quality management system in the automotive sector; in addition to the renewal of the ISO 9001: 2015 certificate.
We have developed a quality management system to be applied to each stage of production, awarded with a note of merit by the DNV certification body in February 2021. In 2020 almost one million pieces were produced, including a minimum percentage waste of 0.01%.

LOGISTICS
AND SERVICE
We make use of a 500 square metre warehouse for the storage of finished and semi-finished products. The area is completely covered, equipped with video surveillance system and computerised management of goods loading and unloading. We provide reliable,
punctual logistics service through our own means and though trusted partners.
