TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

Our technical department develops the design of equipment necessary for machine part assembly, elaborating the relative drawings in 2D and 3D format.

In this way, we are able to have a complete 360° vision of the work plan to be implemented and we have the full autonomy to make any changes even during the works, thus guaranteeing optimal machining results.

Meccanica Melzani s.r.l.is proud to be equipped with efficient CAM service.

Thanks to constant training and updating courses and the aid of the latest generation software, we are able to provide prototyping machined from billet for the development of requested components.

The sectors of our greatest specialization are: sanitary furnishings, weapons, automotive, electronics, handles, earthmoving, hydraulics and telephony.

We deal with high precision machining , such as prototyping , cutting to size of extruded bars, milling, drilling, deburring, manual and mechanical assemblies, part washing and testing. In collaboration with trusted companies, we carry out specific treatments such as anodizing.
